In October 2012 Alan and seven of his kettlebell clients rowed across the English Channel and raised over £8000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. In doing so they also set a new record time for the crossing of 4 hours and 3 minutes, beating the previous record by 21 minutes. You can read their blog by clicking on the photo below:
